Cinda Daggett, Human Resources

Since 1988, Cinda Daggett has been working with venture capitalists, CEOs, CFOs, and business owners who needed access to a high-level HR professional without the high overhead cost associated with hiring a full-time HR professional.

Cinda has assisted over 150 Front Range companies in the areas of legal compliance, designing and reviewing employee handbooks, building an HR infrastructure, management training, employee relations, succession planning, and compensation plan design, implementation and communication.

Cinda is a national speaker on the strategic value of human resources and has been recognized in the Boulder County Business Report as one of the top 15 management consultants in Colorado. In order to “have a seat at the table”, a true human resource professional needs to come from “YES”, not “NO”, which sometimes is the case. There is always a way to figure out an issue, and it shouldn’t have to be all that difficult or legalistic. The legal side is important in HR, but the main function should focus on how to help the workforce to be productive and engaged.

With Cinda, you get a “Nuts and Bolts” approach to human resources. Her practical and collaborative approach is a great formula for a successful outcome and an engaged workforce.

Cinda graduated from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado with a degree in Social Work and Psychology.
